Phone Verification and ID upload
Phone Verification
- How do I request a phone call?
- On the phone verification page, confirm that your phone number is correct and click Call Now. Our automated system will call your phone number and give you a numerical code. Enter this code on the Free Poker Money website to complete your phone verification.
- I didn't receive a call when I clicked "Call Now"
- Double-check your phone number. Make sure that you did not include the country code. If you remove the country code and you still do not receive a call, send us a support message by clicking "Support" at the top of the page and we will assist you further.
ID Upload - How do I upload my ID?
- On the ID upload page, you will be given examples of a valid photo ID as well as instructions for uploading your ID to Free Poker Money.
- What constitutes a valid photo ID?

Must be a readable, unedited copy of your photo ID placed next to the handwritten ID code provided by Free Poker Money.

Must contain your first/last name as well as your date of birth. If the date of birth is not on the front of the ID, scan the back of the ID instead.

Must be scanned or taken by a digital camera. Photocopying is not allowed. Also, fax is not an available option.

Must be a gif, jpg, jpeg or png and must be less than 2MB in size.
